Recently my company got into a hiring process. I was in charge of the interviews and tests.
So I start looking for a good, new way to test someones IQ, not the regular paper examn
I came across with this Chinese IQ game. The goal is to move all the guys to the other side of the river
Its in chinese, but dont worry, this are the rules
- Max 2 people on the raft
- Mom cannot be with boys without Dad
- Dad cannot be with girls without Mom
- Thief cannot be with anyone without Cop
- Only Dad, Mom, and Cop can operate raft.
Basically I divide the results into this:
- 5 minutes to complete: IQ of 180 to 210
- 10 minutes to complete: IQ of 160 to 180
- 15 minutes to complete: IQ of 130 to 160
- 30 minutes to complete: IQ of 100 to 130
- 60 minutes to complete: You get the idea…
Where I get that figures? No where, it just seems to work.
